- passport or ID card
- all relevant medical information (medical reports, images, advance medical findings )
- all medication you are taking regularly
- allergy pass / pacemaker ID etc.
- Insurance card (Guarantee of payment letter from your insurance)
Inpatient stay
Please bring
- toiletries (washcloth, soap, tooth brush, shaving equipment, comb/brush )
- pyjama
- underclothes, socks
- bath robe
- shoes/slipper
- any medication you need
Please leave at home: all valuables (larger amount of money, jewellery )
Your stay from arrival to departure
- pick up at airport/hospital reception
- advance payment, if not already completed

- first consultation with attending physician
- discussion of treatment plan (major changes in treatment plan may result in changes of the cost estimation - International Affairs will keep the patient informed)
