The DRK Kliniken Berlin | Köpenick are built in modern style. They are equipped with state-of-the-art operating theatres and are surrounded by lovely parkways which enable the patient to relax in between his various treatments. The cafeteria in Köpenick has just been redecorated and invites you to snacks, drinks and meals to sit down and relax whilst having a chat with your friend or relative, or just read the newspaper.

A newly designed ward will be opening in 2010. This ward will consist of 28 beds, offering within very pleasant and comfortable surroundings medical and personal care to the highest possible standard. Our staff will be around to make your stay with us as pleasant as circumstances will allow.

The clinic complex in Köpenick is located very nearby the "Müggelsee", a very large and beautiful lake in Berlin with a lovely hiking area surrounding it. A nature reserve is just nearby.

In November 2007, two operating theatres of the newest generation equipped by the company Karl Storz operation have been opened. In addition to surgery with computerized touch-screen control from the sterile field and a data transfer and documentation, especially the ergonomic advantages for the operators are very impressive. The image quality in HD provides optimum conditions for videoendoscopic surgeries.
